Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RandomLocker.com ("Website", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our site. The Website is operated by an individual based in mainland China and is offered primarily to an international audience. Contact: [email protected].
1. What this site does not require
You can use RandomLockerโs tools without creating an account. We do not ask you to submit a name, payment card, or mailing address as a condition of using the generators. Tool outputs (for example test addresses or color codes) are produced for your session use; we do not treat those outputs as a user profile that we sell.
2. Information we process
When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may process:
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device/OS information, referrer, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and (via Microsoft Clarity) session recordings and heatmaps of page use.
- Cookie and similar identifiers used by analytics or, if advertising is enabled later, advertising partners (see below and our Cookie Policy).
- Messages you send us voluntarily (for example email to [email protected]).
3. Analytics and scripts we load today
The following third-party (or self-hosted analytics) scripts are currently loaded on our pages. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
3.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Identifier: Measurement ID
G-D3VJ4G0CGG - What it does: Collects aggregated and event-level traffic data (pages, sessions, device/browser signals, and similar metrics).
- Why we use it: Understand which tools are used, measure traffic, and improve the site.
- More info: Google Privacy Policy
3.2 Microsoft Clarity (session recording)
- Identifier: Project ID
sfb4rqtov4 - What it does: Records how visitors interact with pages, including session recordings, heatmaps, clicks, and scroll behavior. Recordings may capture on-screen content from the pages you view.
- Why we use it: Find usability problems and improve layout and content.
- Important: Clarity is a behavioral analytics product, not a simple page-counter. If you prefer not to be recorded, use browser controls, privacy extensions, or do-not-track / cookie blocking features as available.
- More info: Microsoft Privacy Statement
3.3 Plausible Analytics
- Endpoint:
https://plausible.randomlocker.com/js/script.js(domain tagrandomlocker.com) - What it does: Privacy-oriented website analytics (pageviews and related aggregate metrics).
- Why we use it: Lightweight traffic statistics alongside GA4.
- More info: Plausible Privacy Policy
4. Advertising cookies (reserved โ not active until ads run)
We may display third-party advertising in the future (for example Google AdSense or a similar ad network). Advertising cookies and related identifiers apply only when advertising is actually enabled on the Website. Until ads are live, this section is reserved for disclosure and does not mean ad cookies are currently in use for monetization.
- When ads are enabled, partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, and (where permitted) personalize ads.
- Googleโs policies and tools for ad personalization are described at Google Advertising and related opt-out pages.
- We will keep this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy updated when advertising goes live.
5. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Website and tools.
- Measure traffic and diagnose usability issues (including via Clarity recordings).
- Respond to support emails you send us.
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Details about cookie categories, current analytics cookies, and reserved advertising cookies are in our Cookie Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking may affect analytics or, later, ad-related features.
7. International processing
Because we use global providers (Google, Microsoft) and host analytics for an international audience, information described above may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States and other locations where those providers operate. The Website operator is based in mainland China.
8. Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small public website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Analytics providers retain data according to their own retention settings and policies.
9. Childrenโs privacy
The Website is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
